中西医结合治疗功能失调性子宫出血的效果观察

Observation of the Effect of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的采用中西医结合治疗的方法,研究治疗功能失调性子宫出血的效果。方法选取2012年—2014年期间前来我院门诊部接受治疗的106例功能失调性子宫出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组均为53例,观察组采用中西结合的治疗方式,对照组采用西医治疗办法,对两组治疗效果、完全止血时间、子宫内膜厚度、平均血红蛋白等内容进行分析对比。结果对照组患者有治愈17例、好转29例、无效7例,有效率为86.79%(46/53);观察组有27例治愈、34例好转、2例无效,有效率高达96.23%(51/53)。两组患者的治疗效果存在差异较大P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论采用中西结合的治疗手段,治疗效果较好,有效缩短了患者的完全止血时间,加快了患者的恢复速度,在临床治疗功能失调性子宫出血具有重要的意义,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of Integrated Medicine in t he treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Selecting106 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from 2012 to 2014, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 53 cases. The observation group was treated with the integrated medicine treatment. The control group was treated with Western medicine only. The therapeutic effect, completely hemostatic time, endometrial thickness and mean corpuscular hemoglobin of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation, 27 cases were cured, 34 cases improved, 2 cases were invalid,and the effective rate was 96.23%（51/53）. In the control group, 17 cases were cured, 29 cases improved, 7 cases were invalid, and the effective rate was 86.79%（46/53）. The results of two groups had significant differences, and the difference had statistical significance P0.05. Conclusion The using of integrated medicine in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding had better curative effect, short-ened completely hemostatic time, and sped up the recovery of patients. It has an important significance in the clinical treatment of dys-functional uterine bleeding, and is worthy of promotion and application.
