“五穴一经”针刺法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation of "Five Points and One Channel" Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的评价五穴一经针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。方法选200例分组观察,随机分试验组和对照组各100例,采用简化麦吉尔疼痛量表进行疗效评价。结果在观察192例中,两组总有效率均在80%以上,两组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论五穴一经针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症有效,且比传统针刺治疗镇痛疗效更佳。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of five points and one channel acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods Choosing 200 cases of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion as research objects, they were ran-domly divided into experimental group and control group, and each group had 100 cases. The simplified Mc Gill pain scale was adopted to evaluate the curative effect. Results The total effective rate of the two groups over 80%, the comparison between the two groups have significant difference（ P 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the five points and one channel acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar in-tervertebral disc protrusion was better than that of the traditional acupuncture analgesia.
