针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症选穴及其依据

Acupoint Selection and Basis of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)属于中国传统医学"痹证"、"腰腿痛"范畴。针灸疗法用于治疗"腰腿痛"历史悠久,疗效确切,操作选穴多样。方法通过文献检索CNKI"腰椎间盘突出症"、"针刺"相关文章,抽取其中针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症取穴方法、取穴原理、穴位操作等相关内容,进行综合。结果针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症选穴多以夹脊穴及患侧下肢足太阳、阳明、少阳为主,同时有对风府、大杼、委中等单个穴位的重视,以及近代发展的腕踝针相关穴位的使用,经过适当的操作手法,疗效显著,值得发扬。

Objective Lumbar Disc Herniation（ LDH） belongs to ＂ Bi syndrome＂ and ＂ lumbocrural pain＂ category of traditional Chinese medicine. Acupuncture has been used to treat it for such a long time, had definite effect, and there were lots of ways to operate.Methods We collected articles about LDH and acupuncture in CNKI, concluded the commonly used acupoints, the principle of acupoints selection and the ways to operate. Results The acupoint selection of acupuncturers in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were mainly Jiaji（EX-B2）, acupoints along the bladder meridian of foot Taiyang, the stomach meridian of foot Yangming and the gallbladder meridian of foot Shaoyang. At the same time, Fengfu（ GV 16）, Dashu（ BL11）, Weizhong（ BL40） and wrist-ankle acupuncture were used. After the appropriate operation technique, the curative effect is remarkable, and it is worth promoting.
