温针灸治疗产后功能性尿潴留的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Warming Needle Moxibustion in the Treatment of Postpartum Functional Urinary Retention

目的探讨对产后功能性尿潴留患者采用温针灸治疗。方法随机收集产后功能性尿潴留患者80例,分为研究组与对照组,各40例,对照组采用新斯的明注射治疗,研究组给予温针灸法针刺治疗。结果研究组的总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的72.50%;研究组治疗后的膀胱残余尿量显著少于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应发生率为0.00%,显著低于对照组的17.50%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产后功能性尿潴留患者采用温针灸治疗,能快速、有效促进患者自行排尿及排空膀胱,且不良反应发生率较低,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of warming needle moxibustion in the treatment of postpartum functional urinary retention. Methods Randomly collecting 80 cases of patients with postpartum functional urinary retention as research objects, they were divided into research group（ 40 cases） and control group（ 40 cases）. The control group was treated by neostigmine. The research group was treated by warming needle moxibustion method. Results The total effective rate of the search group（95.00%） was higher than that of the control group（72.50%）（P〈0.05）, the residual urine volume of the research group was lower than that of the control group,there was statistical significance（ P〈0.05）; The adverse reactions of the research group（0.00%） were lower than those of the control group（ 17.50）, there was statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The warming needle moxibustion can improve the autonomic mictaration and voiding cystography for the patients with postpartum functional urinary retention, and has lower rate of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
