预见性护理干预措施对减少老年髋关节置换术后并发症的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Predictive Nursing Intervention Measures Used to Reduce Complication after Elderly Hip Replacement

目的研究实施预见性护理干预措施在减少老年髋关节置换术后并发症中的意义。方法随机选取2012年12月1日—2013年12月1日在我科(重庆云阳中医院骨科)进行老年髋关节置换术的64例患者作为研究对象,采取随机分组的方法,分为常规护理组和预见护理组两组,每组各32人。常规护理组髋关节置换术后采用常规护理,预见护理组在常规护理基础上加以适当的预见性干预措施,对比两组病人术后至住院间的并发症发生情况以及出院时护理满意度。结果预见性护理组患者的并发症总发生率低于常规护理组(χ2=16.958,P=0.05),患者护理满意度显著优于常规护理组(χ2=8.941,P<0.05)。结论预见性护理干预措施在老年患者髋关节置换术后具有极大的实际运用价值,不仅仅可以减少并发症而且可以提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To research the meaning of predictive nursing in tervention measures used to reduce complication after elderly hip replacement. Methods Selecting 64 patients who did elderly hip replacement in our hospital from December 1, 2012 to December 1, 2013 as research objects, they were randomly divided into predictive nursing group and general nursing group, and each group had 32 cases. The general nursing group used general nursing measures. The predictive nursing group used predictive nursing intervention measures based on general nursing. The complications and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The complications of the predictive nursing group was lower than that of the general nursing group（χ2=16.958,P =0.05）, and the nursing satisfaction of the predictive nursing group was better than that of the general nursing group（χ2=8.941,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Predictive nursing mesasure has great practical application value in applicating after elderly hip replacement, which can not only reduce the complications but also improve nursing satisfaction.
