以黑龙江省工业化、城镇化、农业现代化及信息化的"四化"协调发展为提出的背景,重点阐述了"四化"的内涵与关联,并分析了黑龙江省四化协调发展的现实选择与作用机理。提出了"四化"协调发展是生产力与生产关系理论在新时期的应用和体现,工业化与信息化相融合,推进新型工业化发展进程;城镇化与农业现代化相融合,推进城乡一体化发展历程;"四化"本身的相互协调,才能整体推进现代化建设。实现工业化、信息化、城镇化与农业现代化的协调发展,是实现黑龙江省经济结构转型升级的前提条件,更是经济发展的重要战略任务。

From our province industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization and informatization for the coordinated development of the ＂ four modernizations＂ is put forward as the background,this paper expounds the connotation of the ＂ four modernizations＂ and associated,and analyzes the four modernizations realistic choice and action mechanism of coordination in our province. ＂ Four modernizations＂ coordinate is the application of productivity and production relations theory in the new era,integration of industrialization and information,promote the development process of new industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,promote the integration of urban and rural development,the ＂ four modernizations＂ mutual coordination,promote modernization as a whole. Achieving industrialization,informatization,urbanization,and agricultural modernization development,is to realize the transformation and upgrading of the economic structure in our province,it is an important strategic task of economic development.
