摘要 在大型码头及矿山项目中,长距离、大功率、多驱动的皮带机应用非常广泛,此类皮带机如采用传统的液力耦合器方式进行驱动,存在很多弊端,而采用变频启动技术,可以使皮带机真正做到软启。论文主要介绍南通电厂煤码头长距离、多驱动皮带机的变频启动设计。 In harbour projects with great scale as well as mining projects, long-distance, high-power, multi-driven belt conveyor is widely used. This kind of conveyor has a lot of drawbacks with the type of hydraulic coupling driven. If frequency conversion technology could be equipped, truly soft start of belt conveyor could be achieved. This thesis mainly introduces the design of frequency conversion starting for long-distanceandmulti-drivenbelt conveyorofcoaljettyof Nan tong power plant.
