Introduction to the Influence of Standard Application to the International EPC Project

EPC项目管理模式是目前国际工程总承包项目普遍采用的运行模式,标准、规范的应用贯穿EPC项目执行的自始至终。论文结合阿尔及利亚水泵站EPC总承包项目,分析、阐述标准规范的选择应用在项目执行过程中产生的影响,并提出了合理应用标准、规范,有效控制项目质量、进度、成本的相应措施。

EPC project management is the current popular management mode of international EPC project, the application of standards ＆ codes affect the implementation throughout the entire project. In this paper, combined with Algeria water pump station EPC project, it analyzed and elaborated the great impact to the project by choosing and applying standards ＆ codes, and raised the reasonable measures to control the quality, progress ＆ cost effectively.
