目前,地产公司最常见的有4种管理模式:职能型组织、项目型组织、矩阵型组织、直线型组织,这4种模式各有利弊,因此,需要根据实际情况确定有效的管理模式。不同规模和性质的地产公司要根据自己的实际情况选择管理类型,才能提高管理效率,创造更大的业绩。
There are four most common management models, functional organization, project organization, matrix organization and line organization, with each having its own advantages and disadvantages, and the effective management model needs to be defined according to the actual situations.
