应进一步重视经冷冻消融治疗快速心律失常安全性与有效性远期结果的研究 被引量:1

Paying sufficient attention to the studies on the long-term safety and efficacy of cryoablation of tachyarrhythmias

摘要 经冷冻消融治疗快速心律失常己用于临床,尤其是对心房颤动(房颤)、中间隔旁路旧0的消融已积累了初步经验,这些经验提示:①经冷冻球囊导管消融房颤与经导管消融房颤的急性成功率相似,随访2年的成功率相近(63.2%对57.3%,P=0.25);(参较之于射频消融房颤,冻冷消融房颤时膈神经麻痹的发生率高(2.1%对0);③大多数报道提示,上述两种能源的消融时间、透视时间以冷冻能为短,但也有延长的报道H0;④冷冻消融中间隔旁路其导管稳定性较好,房室阻滞并发症较低。
