冷冻球囊导管消融治疗心房颤动的研究进展 被引量:9

Recent advance in cryobalioon ablation for atrial fibrillation

摘要 心房颤动(房颤)是临床上常见心律失常,降低患者生活质量、心脏功能和活动能力,增加致残率和病死率。研究证实,肺静脉在房颤的发生中发挥重要作用,肺静脉电隔离是导管消融治疗房颤的基石。射频消融已在临床上广泛应用,可有效治疗房颤。然而,射频消融易产生心脏穿孔、血栓栓塞以及肺静脉毗邻结构损伤等严重并发症,且逐点式消融操作复杂、耗时、学习曲线长,限制了该技术的普及推广。
