摘要 患者女，55岁，因心悸乏力2年，加重1周入沈阳军区总医院心内科。诊断：病态窦房结综合征。入院后植入德国百多力公司Evia DR—T双腔起搏器，常规植入Setrox S53心房导线及Setrox$60心室导线，均为激素主动导线。
