摘要 现阶段，全球每年约植入125万例起搏器和41万例植入型心律转复除颤器（ICD）。心血管植入型电子器械（CIED）的应用越来越多，包括永久起搏器、ICD和心脏再同步治疗（CRT）。约25％起搏器和35％ICD患者需要长期使用口服抗凝药．抗凝药物的使用增加了CIED围术期的出血风险。
