涤痰汤对急性脑梗死胰岛素抵抗干预作用临床分析

Clinical analysis of Ditan Decoction on acute cerebral infarction in patients with insulin resistance of intervention

目的:探讨涤痰汤对急性脑梗死患者胰岛素抵抗干预作用的临床效果。方法:选取我院因急性脑梗死收治入我院的患者50例,随机分成2组各25例,对照组给予传统西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用涤痰汤,测定2组治疗前后空腹血糖水平(FPG),血清中胰岛素水平(FINS),胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)变化;观察2组治疗后的临床疗效。结果:对照组治疗后有效率为84%,观察组为92%,2组比较无显著差异。2组患者治疗后FPG,FINS和ISI具有明显改善,但观察组改善更加明显(P<0.05)。结论:涤痰汤能明显降低急性脑梗死患者胰岛素抵抗作用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Ditan Decoction on insulin resistance of intervention in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods： selected in our hospital in 2012 May-2013 year in May for 50 cases with acute cerebral infarction patients admitted in our hospital, the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group in the control group on the use of Ditan Decoction, fasting blood glucose levels before and after treatment in two groups（FPG）, insulin level in the serum（FINS）, insulin sensitivity index（ISI） changes. Observe the clinical curative effect of the two groups after treatment. Results： in the control group after treatment, the total effective rate was 84%, 92% in the observation group, there was significantly difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The patients in the two groups after treatment FPG, FINS and ISI have improved significantly, but the treatment group improved more significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ditan Decoction can obviously reduce the role of insulin resistance in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
