肝病治疗仪联合药物治疗慢性乙型肝炎58例临床观察

58 cases of chronic hepatitis b liver disease treatment instrument with drug therapy clinical observation

目的:观察DSG—I型(生物信息)电脑肝病治疗仪(杭州大力神医疗器械有限公司生产)简称(肝病治疗仪);肝病治疗仪联合药物治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将58例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各29例,对照组给予常规的综合治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用肝病治疗仪治疗。观察治疗后2组有效率及治疗前后的肝功能(ALT)变化。结果:治疗组较对照组在改善患者的症状,肝功能及有效率方面均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:肝病治疗仪联合药物治疗慢性乙型肝炎可缩短疗程、明显提高疗效,可在临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the DSG-I type（bioinformatics） Computer liver disease therapy instrument（Hercules Hangzhou Medical Devices Co., Ltd.） for short（liver disease therapy instrument）; liver disease therapy instrument combination therapy for chronic hepatitis B clinical efficacy. Methods： 58 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the 29 patients in the control group received routine comprehensive treatment, the treatment group with liver disease therapy instrument on the basis of the control group. Liver function before and after treatment efficiency and（ALT） changes in the two groups was observed after treatment. Results： The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the patient＇s symptoms, liver function and efficiency aspects there are significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of liver diseases instrument combination therapy can shorten the course of treatment of chronic hepatitis B, significantly improve the efficacy, in clinical application.
