舒适护理对恶性肿瘤患者焦虑的影响

Infl ence of comfort nursing on anxiety of patients with malignant tumor

目的:探讨舒适护理对恶性肿瘤患者焦虑心理的应用效果。方法:选取50例恶性肿瘤且伴有焦虑的患者,采用随机对照的方法分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用舒适护理,比较2组患者的SAS评分。结果:观察组经干预后的SAS评分与对照组有显著差异。结论:对产生焦虑心理的恶性肿瘤患者进行舒适护理干预措施可缓解患者焦虑心理。

Objective：To study the comfort care and application effect of anxiety in patients with malignant tumor. Methods：From February to December of 2014 were 50 patients with malignant tumor and accompanied by anxiety,adopt the method of randomized divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in the control group using conventional care, observation group in the control group uses the comfort nursing,on the basis of comparing the SAS scores of two groups of patients.Results：Observation group after intervention in the SAS scores and the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Malignant tumour of anxiety patients comfort care intervention measures to relieve patients＇ anxiety.
