突发性耳聋患者心理状态分析及辨证护理的干预作用

Analysis of psychological status and dialectical nursing in patients with sudden deafness

目的:了解并分析突发性耳聋的心理状态,探索对突发性耳聋患者的护理策略。方法:将突发性耳聋患者146例随机分为2组。常规护理组采用健康教育和放松训练进行护理,辨证施护组则在常规护理组的基础上,根据中医的辨证分型进行穴位按摩与敷贴等护理措施。分析治疗护理前后患者耳聋、耳鸣与HAMD-17与HAMA评分的关系,并进行统计学处理。结果:突发性耳聋患者多存在有抑郁、焦虑等心理状态的改变,并且与耳鸣有着密切相关性。通过治疗护理后,患者耳聋、耳鸣及抑郁焦虑等均有不同程度的改善,经统计学分析,辨证施护组改善明显优于常规护理组,并且差异有统计学意义。结论:心理因素是突发性耳聋重要的影响因素,辨证施护等护理措施有利于突发性耳聋的恢复。

Objective： To understand and analyze the psychological status of the people with sudden deafness, and explore the nursing strategies for patients with sudden deafness. Methods： 146 patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into 2 groups. The routine nursing group with health education and relaxation training for nursing and dialectical nursing group is on the basis of routine nursing group. According to TCM Syndrome Differentiation Typing acupoint massage and acupoint application and nursing measures. The relationship between deaf patients, tinnitus and HAMD-17 and HAMA score was analyzed before and after treatment.. Results： the changes of the mental state such as depression, anxiety and so on were closely related to the tinnitus.. Through the treatment and nursing, deafness, tinnitus and depression, anxiety and other were improved in different degree. By statistical analysis, dialectical nursing group improved significantly better than conventional care group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： the psychological factor is the important factor of sudden deafness, and the nursing measures such as differentiation and nursing are beneficial to the recovery of sudden deafness.
