清热解毒中药对乙酸致胃溃疡大鼠细胞TFF-2的影响

Effect of heat clearing and clearing herbs on TFF-2 in gastric ulcer rats

消化性溃疡是一种全球性常见病,估计约有10%左右的人在其一生中患过本病。本病可发于任何年龄段。我院周学文教授以痈论治、创立毒热病因学说,治以＂清热解毒、消痈生肌＂。实验中应用了消痈溃得康中具有清热解毒功效的中药成分,探索发现清热解毒中药对消化性溃疡发展过程所产生的作用。TFF-2参与了溃疡组织的修复进程,可增强溃疡黏膜周围正常上皮细胞向溃疡黏膜表面迁移覆盖,促进溃疡黏膜的重建,选取对胃黏膜具有保护作用的TFF-2作为观察指标,

Objective： To observe the effect of heat clearing and detoxicating on acetic acid induced gastric ulcer in rat cells tff-2 expression and disproof ＂toxic heat＂ is a major cause of peptic ulcer. Methods： 57 SPF healthy Wister rats, were randomly divided into for the normal group, model group, omeprazole group, fire dyke carbuncle Kang group, heat clearing and detoxicating group. The rat model was made by acetic acid type gastric ulcer. Rats were sacrificed at twelfth days after continuous administration. The contents of TFF-2 were detected by ELISA method. Results： compared with the normal group, model group tff-2 content decreased（P〈0.05）; compared with the model group, omeprazole group, fire dyke carbuncle to Kang group and heat clearing and detoxicating group of tff-2 content increased（P〈0.05）; compared with omeprazole, elimination carbuncle collapse Kang treatment group tff-2 content increased,（P〉0.05）, the difference was not statistically significant; and Xiao Yong Kui de Kang group, heat clearing and detoxicating group tff-2 content decreased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： heat clearing and detoxification can improve the content and expression of TFF-2 in gastric mucosa of rats with acetic acid type gastric ulcer, and promote ulcer healing.
