髋周骨病变的影像学鉴别诊断

Hip Bone Lesions Imaging Diagnosis

目的:总结出髋周骨病变的影像学诊断和鉴别诊断要点,提高髋周病变的诊断水平。探讨髋周骨不同性质病变的影响学检查方法诊断能力,建立髋周骨病变影像学检查的合理路径。材料与方法:分析不同恶性肿瘤组(原发恶性骨肿瘤和转移性癌),良性肿瘤和肿瘤样病变组(脂肪瘤、嗜酸性肉芽肿)、骨坏死组(股骨头缺血坏死)及关节非感染性病变累及骨组(强直性脊柱炎、创伤性关节炎)等髋周骨病变的X线、CT和MRI征象。结果:通过对髋周骨病X线、CT和MRI表现的分析,总结出髋周骨病变的影像学诊断和鉴别诊断要点,建立髋周骨病变影像学检查的合理路径,有望提高髋周骨病变的征地水平,指导临床治疗。

Purpose： To summarize the imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lesions of the hip bone, improve the diagnosis of diseases of the hip circumference. To investigate the influence of hip examination method diagnostics Bone lesions of different nature, a reasonable path to the hip bone lesions radiographic examination. Materials and Methods： The analysis of different malignancies group （ primary malignant bone tumors and metastatic cancer）, benign tumors and tumor-like lesions （lipoma, eosinophilic granuloma）, osteonecrosis group （avascular necrosis） and non-infected joints lesions involving bone group （ankylosing spondylitis, traumatic arthritis） and other diseases of the hip bone X-ray, CT and MRI findings. Results： Through the analysis of the hip bone disease X-ray, CT and MRI findings, summed up the imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lesions of the hip bone, and establish a reasonable path to the hip bone lesions imaging, is expected to raise the hip bone land level of disease, clinical treatment.
