摘要
探讨不同特性的壳聚糖对其制备微胶囊的性能影响。以不同脱乙酰度和不同相对分子质量的壳聚糖为壁材、以维生素E(VE)为芯材制备微胶囊,分析所制微胶囊的性能指标。相对分子质量为9.18×105的壳聚糖所制得的微胶囊粒度小且耐热性能良好;脱乙酰度对微胶囊耐热强度影响不大,对粒度大小有较大的影响,具有较好粒度及粒度分布的是脱乙酰度为87.0%的壳聚糖。壳聚糖包埋VE制备微胶囊效果良好,包埋率达到83.5%,可以根据微胶囊性能的要求和合成条件选择不同特性的壳聚糖或对壳聚糖进行适当改性处理。
The effect of chitosan with different characteristics on the performance of the prepared mierocapsules was investigated. With using chitosan with three kinds of deaeetylation degrees and three kinds of molecular weights as shell materials, and VE as core material, the mieroeapsule was prepared, and the performance indexes of microeapsule were analyzed. The mierocapsule would have small particle size and good heat stability which was prepared with ehitosan with a molecular weight of 9.18×10^5. The influence of ehitosan's deaeetylation degree on microcapsule's heat stability was little, but the influence on mieroeapsule's particle size was greater. The microeapsule with better particle size and distribution was made from the ehitosan with 87.0% deacetylation degree. It was confirmed that the mieroeapsule prepared from chitosan was good, and the embedding rate of VE could achieve 83.5%. The chitosan with different characteristics eould be ehosen, or be modified according to the requirement of rnieroeapsule performance and synthesis conditions.
