摘要
以甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)和乙二醇(EG)为原料,在原料配比为n(DMMP)∶n(EG)=1∶1,反应温度为160℃条件下,分别使用离子液体([Bmim]BF4)、对甲苯磺酸、磷钨酸铈以及自制催化剂等不同催化剂催化合成了一种低聚有机膦酸酯阻燃剂—聚甲基膦酸乙二醇酯。产物为无色透明黏稠液体。分别用碘甲烷和封端剂G对合成的产品进行封端。用红外光谱表征了产品结构。讨论了催化剂和封端剂对产物羟值和黏度的影响。
With using the dimethyl methylphosphonate (DMMP) and ethylene glycol (EG) as raw materials with an optimal ratio of 1:1, and 4 kinds of catalysts, including ionic liquid ([Bmim]BF4), p-toluenesulfonic acid (p-TSA), cerium phosphotungstate and the self-made catalyst, the poly (oxy-1,2-ethanediyl)methylphosnate (which is a fire retardant) is prepared at 160℃. The synthesized product is a colorless, transparent and sticky liquid. The methyl iodide and end-capping reagent G is respectively used for the end capping of this product. Then the product is characterized by IR spectrum. In the end, the effects of catalysts and end-capping reagent on the hydroxyl value and viscosity are discussed.
