摘要 采用相反转法制备环氧乳液,首先以环氧树脂E-44、聚乙二醇为原料,过硫酸钾为催化剂制备水性环氧树脂乳化剂,然后取一定量制得的乳化剂、环氧树脂和去离子水机械混合制得环氧乳液。并对乳液的水溶性、稀释稳定性、粒径分布及结构进行表征。确定乳化剂的最佳合成条件:n(E-44):n(PEG-4000):n(K2S2O8)=2.1:1:0.1,反应温度为180℃,反应时间为3~3.5h,制备的乳液的水溶性和稀释稳定性良好。 The waterborne epoxy resin emulsifier was prepared by using the epoxy resin E-44, polyethylene glycol as raw materials, and potassium persulfate as catalyst via phase inversion method; a certain amount of prepared emulsifier, epoxy resin and deionized water were mixed by mechanical method to get epoxy resin emulsion. The water-soluble, dilution stability, particle size distribution and structure of epoxy resin emulsion were characterized. The optimum conditions for synthesizing emulsifiers were obtained as follows: n (E-44):n(PEG-4000):n(K2S2O8) = 2.1: 1: 0.1, the reaction temperature was 180℃, the reaction time was 3-3.5h.The prepared emulsion had good water solubility and dilution stability.
