混凝土面板堆石坝面板混凝土配合比优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 以具体工程面板混凝土为例,在前期配合比研究基础上,确定粉煤灰掺量、增密剂掺量为两个试验因素,采用在正交试验方案,以抗压强度、轴向抗拉强度、极限拉伸值、抗拉弹性模量、单位面积上的总开裂面积为考核指标,对面板混凝土配合比展开优化设计试验研究,使面板混凝土不仅具有较好的施工性能,还具有较强的抗裂性能及抗冻、抗渗等耐久性能。优化后的混凝土配合比在现场施工后,面板混凝土裂缝明显减少。该优化设计研究方法为其它工程面板混凝土抗裂设计提供参考依据。 In this paper,On the base of summarizing the previous research results for the specific engineering concrete slabs,the contents of fly ash and resistance agent were determined as two experimental factors,with compressive strength,axial tensile strength,ultimate tensile elongation,tensile modulus of elasticity and total crack area per unit area as assessment indicators,orthogonal test was carried out for the mixing proportion optimizing of concrete slabs,make the slabs concrete not only has good workability,but also achieve strong durability of crack resistance,frost resistance and penetration resistance。As from the actual effect of site construction with optimized mixing proportion,the number of cracks in slabs concrete decreased significantly. The mixing proportion optimizing provides a reference for the other anti- crack design of concrete slabs.
