格宾挡墙的变形控制对策及尺寸优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 格宾挡墙破坏主要因墙体局部变形过大而引起,施加受力撑可有效减小格宾网箱的变形,尤其是施加交叉斜撑后变形量减小最为显著。因此,建议对于变形控制异常严格的高等级道路,可采用该方法来控制格宾挡墙的变形量。格宾网箱的尺寸不但影响格宾挡墙的稳定性及变形量,且直接关系到工程造价的大小。按照工程设计惯例,本文拟定了格宾网箱的几种尺寸,通过算例分析不同尺寸组合下格宾挡墙的安全系数和总造价。比较发现高为1m、厚度为1.5m的格宾网箱叠合而成的挡墙不但造价低廉,而且稳定性和抗变形能力都比较好。因此,在进行格宾挡墙的设计时,可考虑选用该格宾网箱的尺寸组合。 It is found that the failure modes of the gabion wall are mainly characterized by local deformation.Applying stress bar,especially applying cross bracings,can effectively lower the deformation of gabion cages.This method can control deformation more effectively for the strict deformation requisition such as in high way and railway. The gabion cage sizes affect not only the stability and deformation,but also effect cost. This paper takes several reasonable sizes in keeping with the design tradition. An example is employed to study the safety factor and the cost of the gabion wall of different sizes. The comparison results show that the gabion cage at 1 m high and 1. 5 m thick is the best solution,not only at lower cost,but also with good stability and better capacity in resistance to deformation. It can be certainly used in the engineering practice.
