在车载设备本身质量可靠、性能良好的同时,更加不能忽略人的因素。尤其是在车载设备跟随机车大、中修和辅(小)修的过程中,车载设备安装维护方法得当,作业者精检细修,防护措施到位,能够杜绝维修不良造成的责任故障,并且能够进一步提高设备的运用稳定性能。
When emphasizing the reliable quality and good performance of on-broad devices,human factor cannot be ignored.Especially in the process of the overhaul and medium and minor repair of locomotives,fault liability on-broad devices caused by poor maintenance can be prevented and the operation stability and performance of the devices can further be improved if proper installation and maintenance approach of on-broad devices is taken and the operator repair carefully and necessary protection measures are taken.
