Design of Safety Management Information System Based on C&S Dispatch Control Center

针对当前铁路电务系统对各类安全信息的管理,借助信息化手段对业务流程进行梳理整合,在此基础上提出构建电务安全管理信息系统的思路,重点阐述实现该系统的系统架构和技术手段,并对系统的建设原则提出建议。该系统可有效提高电务安全信息管理效率和信息化水平。

Currently,railway signaling communication system is required to cover the management of a variety of safety data.With the help of information technology,work flow would be reviewed and integrated.Furthermore,the concept of safety management information system for signaling communication service is proposed,and the architecture and technologies used to realize the system are discussed,and the principle of system construction is put forward.The system can effectively improve the efficiency of signaling safety information management and enhance the level of informationization.
