摘要
结合本人参与高铁岗位培训规范的制定及高铁通信岗位培训的工作实践,分析了目前高铁通信岗位培训的现状及存在问题,提出了进一步提升高铁通信岗位培训质量与效果的措施。
Combined with the author's own experiences in participating in on-the-job training and working practices in HSR communication,the current situation of on-the-job training in HSR communication and existing issues are analyzed.Finally,the author raises the measures to improve the quality and effects of training.
