Research Progress and Review on the Institutional Repository Evaluation

[目的/意义]机构知识库评价研究意义重大,通过对国内外机构知识库评价研究实践的总结和分析,揭示当前机构知识库评价研究进展,为进一步研究提供方向。[方法/过程]基于文献分析,从评价内容、评价指标、评价方法三方面进行机构知识库评价研究评述。其中,机构知识库评价内容主要包括系统软件、数字资源管理、机构成员态度、实践建设、影响因素、绩效评价等方面;评价指标主要包括8种类型;评价方法主要包括平衡记分卡法、焦点小组访谈法、链接分析法等。[结果/结论]目前机构知识库评价研究已取得显著进展,但在用户多元化评价、定量指标设置等方面仍有待进一步研究。

[ Purpose/significance ] Institutional repository evaluation is of great significance. Through the summary and analysis of the practices on institutional repository evaluation at home and abroad, this paper reveals research progress on institutional repository evaluation and provides direction for the further research. [ Method/process] This paper summarizes research progress on institutional repository evaluation from three aspects of evaluation contents, evaluation index, evaluation methods based on literature analysis. Evaluation contents of institutional repository consist of system software, digital resource management, attitude of institutional members, practice and development, influencing factors and performance evaluation. Evaluation indexes of institutional repository consist of eight types. Evaluation methods of institutional repositories consist of methods of balanced scorecard, focus group interview and link analysis. [ Result/conclusion ] The practices on institutional repository evaluation have made significant progress so far, however it still needs to improve.
