高校法学电子资源建设H指数评价实证研究

Empirical Research on H Index of Law Electronic Resources Construction of Univesities

[目的/意义]为准确揭示法学学科核心数字资源,快速、简明、高效地了解高校学科资源建设情况,本文基于H指数评价理论,设计了一种高校法学电子资源建设H指数评价方法。[方法/过程]H指数评价方法体系包含3个方面的指标设计:基本计算指数(频次指数和配备指数)、H指数、星级指数。运用该方法就部分高校的法学电子资源建设进行调研和分析。[结果/结论]结果显示,利用H指数分析法进行法学资源建设评价,能够快速、全面地反映高校法学电子资源建设情况,并可以简明、有效地评价高校法学电子资源的建设质量,是一种具有可行性的学科资源建设评价方法,评价结果可以为高校法学学科资源建设提供有益参考。

[ Purpose/significance ] In order to accurately reveal the core digital resources of law subject , and fastly, simply and efficiently understand university subject resource construction, this paper designs a H index evaluation method of law electronic resources construction of universities based on H index evaluation theory. [ Method/process] H index e- valuation method comprises the indexes design in three areas of basic computing index （ frequency index and with index） , H index and star index. And then it uses the method to conduct the research and analysis on the part of the law electronic resources construction of universities. [ Result/conclusion] The results show that the H index analysis method to evaluate the law resource construction, can quickly and fully reflect the law electronic resource construction of universities, and concisely and effectively evaluate the construction quality. It is an effective evaluation method of discipline resources de- velopment, and can provide a useful reference for university law subject resources construction, and construction specified direction.
