摘要
设计了一种新型回转平动传动结构,分析了回转平动传动结构的机械结构、工作原理和结构特点。讨论了储物料斗的运动情况,并分析了最小占用空间布局的优化方案,建立了优化方案数学模型。利用MATLAB软件计算优化方程,获得了整体优化方案的分析结果。最后利用Pro/E和Recur Dyn软件进行运动仿真,验证了设计的可行性。
This paper designs a new type rotary translational drive structure, and analyzes mechanical structure and working principle of the structure. The movement condition of storage bopper is analyzed. According to the eondition, optimization program of the minimum footprint layout is analyzed, then mathematical model is built. MATLAB is used to calculate optimization equation and obtain the analysis of the equation. Finally, Pro/E and RecurDyn are used to simulate movement and verify the feasibility of the design.
