摘要
为了设计能自动绕障的无碳小车,建立了曲柄摇杆转向机构的数学模型,采用MATLAB进行小车轨迹模拟,发现转向机构的初始参数不尽合理。采用CAD模拟与数值分析相结合的方法,对转向机构参数进行了优化,最终设计出较优的曲柄摇杆转向机构,在此基础上设计、制作了无碳小车,取得了良好效果。
In order to design a carbon-free car for avoiding obstacle automatically, this paper establishes the mathematical model of steering mechanism of crank rocker, and uses MATLAB to simulate the trolley track. The initial parameters of the steering mechanism are considered as unreasonable. By using the method of analysis and numerical simulation combined with CAD,the steering mechanism parameters are optimized, the better crank rocker is designed. A carbon-free car is designed and produced based on the optimal steering mechanism ,and achieves good results.
