摘要
基于华中HNC-21M数控系统和铣床X52A设计了数控铣床维修实训平台,主要涉及数控装置连接、进给伺服驱动模块连接、主轴驱动模块连接。该实训平台用于学生的理论学习及实训,主要包含数控系统电气的连接调试及数控系统的故障诊断与维修。
Based on Huazhong HNC-21M NC system and milling machine X52A,this paper designs a NC repair training platform,which includes numerical control device connection,feed servo drive module and spindle drive module. The training platform is used for the theoretical study and practical training of students. It can be used for studying the fault diagnosis and repairing of connecting commissioning of NC electrical system and NC system.
