摘要
为了在设备维护过程中对预防维修、小修与置换三种维修方法做出合理选择,综合分析三种维修方法对系统可靠性与维护成本的影响,建立了一种以可靠性为中心的设备维护数学模型,解决维护过程中的决策问题。在最小化期望平均维护总成本的目的下,得到最优的设备可靠度阈值和预防维修周期次数作为设备的最佳维护策略。最后通过实例分析,验证了该维护策略的有效性,模型可为实际生产中的设备维护决策提供帮助,降低企业设备维护成本。
In order to make a reasonable decision among preventive maintenance, minimum maintenance and replacement during the maintenance procedures, a reliability-centered maintenance mathematical model is established by analyzing the impact of the three maintenance methods on system reliability and maintenance costs. Under the object of minimizing the expected average total cost of maintenance, the best equipment maintenance strategy which contains the optimal equipment reliability thresholds and the most suitable preventive maintenance cycles is obtained. Finally, the effectiveness of the maintenance strategy is verified through case analysis, and the model can provide decision support for the actual maintenance of equipment to help enterprises reduce equipment maintenance costs.
