立式静压推力轴承主轴偏斜状态下的热—结构特性分析

摘要 针对立式静压推力轴承在主轴偏斜状态下的热—结构特性,文章通过CFD与有限元联合仿真的方法对巴氏合金、推力轴承在不同主轴偏斜角θ、不同平均油膜间隙h0下的温度、热变形进行了分析,此外,还分析了两种参数变化时的油膜承载能力。结果表明:油膜、巴氏合金、推力轴承的最大温度与平均间隙h0成线性负相关,与主轴偏斜角θ成二次正相关;轴向油膜力与平均间隙h0成线性负相关,与主轴偏斜角θ成二次负相关;最大热变形与平均间隙h0成线性负相关,与主轴偏斜角θ成二次正相关;立式静压推力轴承主轴偏斜状态下的最大热变形与平均间隙h0在同一个数量级,热变形不可忽略。 For vertical hydrostatic thrust bearing in the spindle deviation in thermal-structural characteristics, the by the method of CFD and FEM simulation of Babbitt, thrust bearing in the different spindle deflection angle θ and different average oil film clearance ho temperature, thermal deformation are analyzed, besides.It also analyzes the two kinds of changes in the parameters of oil film bearing capacity.The results showed that is a negative linear correlation with the maximum temperature of the oil film, babbit, thrust bearing and average gap ho, spindle and partial angle θ into secondary positive correlation;axial oil film force and average gap h0 linear negative correlation, spindle and partial angle θ into secondary negative correlation;the maximum thermal deformation and average gap h0 linear negative correlation, spindle and partial angle θ into secondary positive correlation;vertical hydrostatic thrust bearing spindle deviation in the maximum thermal deformation and average gap h0 in the same order of magnitude, thermal deformation can not be ignored.
