210MW调峰机组给水泵改造经济性分析

摘要 郑州荣奇热电能源有限公司两台210 MW机组锅炉蒸汽量较设计值偏大,公司用电率也偏大,因此,进行了电动给水泵改为汽动给水泵的改造。为了比较其改造的效果,分别从主机输出净功率、供电煤耗率等方面对电动给水泵改为汽动给水泵进行了定量计算。在此基础上,计算电泵改汽泵的投资回收周期小于4年。结果表明,改造后降低了公司用电量,增加了主机输出净功率,降低了供电煤耗,提高了机组的经济性。 Zhengzhou Rongqi thermoelectric energy Co., Ltd. two sets of 210 MW unit boiler steam volume than the design value is too large,electricity rate is on the high side.Therefore,the electric feed pump changed to turbine driven feed water pump of the transformation.In order to compare the transformation effect,respectively,from the host output net power,power supply coal consumption rate of motor driven feedwater pump instead of steam dynamic feed pump were quantitatively calculated.On this basis, the investment recovery period is less than 4 years.The results show that the transformation reduces the electricity company,increase the host net power output, reduce the coal consumption of power supply, improve the economy of the unit.
