摘要
文章对企业文化进行了详述,说明企业文化与企业管理之间的关系,在这个过程中分析了企业文化与企业管理之间的问题,并对企业文化在企业管理过程中的融入性建设提出了方法性建议。笔者认为,企业文化与企业管理是企业发展过程中不可或缺的两大支柱,前者从精神建设的角度确立了企业发展的基本脉络,而后者则是企业文化践行的实际行为,二者的结合为企业综合发展提供动力。
This paper on corporate culture were introduced in detail.Illustrate the relationship between enterprise culture and enterprise management, in the process of analysis the problems between the enterprise culture and enterprise management, and enterprise culture in the process of enterprise management into the construction of the method of proposals.The author argues that the enterprise culture and enterprise management is indispensable in the process of enterprise development of two big pillar,the former from the angle of building Spiritual established the basic train of thought of enterprise development ,while the latter is the actual behavior of the practice of enterprise culture, the two binding for the comprehensive development of enterprises provided for the power.
