铁路工程绿色通道建设发展现状、问题与建议——基于南广铁路建设实践

The Current State,Problems and Suggestions for Greenway Construction of Railway Engineering——Taking Nanning-Guangzhou railway construction as an example

指出了绿色通道建设是国土绿化的重要组成部分,近年来我国铁路绿色通道建设在建设管理、设计理念、施工实践等方面取得了长足的进步与发展,但在具体工程实践过程中也存在诸多问题。简要介绍了国内外绿色通道建设理论及工程实践发展状况,总结了我国绿色通道建设工程实践取得经验与成果,并结合我国铁路工程绿色通道建设发展过程,分析了当前建设中存在问题与不足,基于南广铁路绿色通道建设实施过程中的管理创新及工程实践,提出了相关的改进意见与建议,以期为类似绿色通道建设借鉴与参考。

Green way construction is an important part of China＇s territory virescence. In recent years,green way construction of the railway engineering makes a great progress in construction management, design principle and practical construction, but there exists problems in the process of the practical construction. This article briefly introduces the development status of the theory and practical construction of greenway construction abroad and at home. Then it further summarizes the experiences and achievements of greenway construction in China. In addition, the article analyzes the problems and defects in the current construction and puts forward some suggestions based on the management and innovation of the greenway construction of Nanning-Guangzhou railway management and innovation, which can provide references for future similar green way construction.
