摘要
分析医学继续教育的现状,总结科室实践教学平台的构建经验,提出让科室每个成员都定期参与的学习成果分享机制,创建和维护不断学习的科室氛围,在这个过程中不断发展进步。一个良性的学术交流平台是科室向学习型组织发展的基础。
The author analyzed the current situation in continuing medical education (CME), summarized the conduct of CME in division, and put forward the idea of sharing every study achievement in division to improve the personal and group medical level simultaneously. With a benign CME platform, the division could establish a learning-oriented organization.
