摘要
医学影像学是近年来临床医学领域发展最快的学科之一,在影像诊断教学过程中,比较影像学作为一种新的教学模式,通过对照和比较的方法去解释不同成像技术的基本原理和应用范围,并比较分析其在疾病诊断中的作用和限度,评价各种成像技术的优势和不足。在此基础上,确定不同疾病影像学表现,进而掌握具有同种影像学改变的不同疾病为教学目的。比较影像学对提高影像诊断学的教学效果、掌握不同检查技术的特点及帮助开展临床及科研工作,都是有益的指导方法。
Medical imaging is one of the most rapid developed clinical medicine in recent years, in the teaching process of imaging diagnosis, comparative imaging as a new teaching model, through using the method of comparison to explain the basic principle and application scope of different imaging technology, and comparative analyzed the role and limitation in the diagnosis of disease, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of various imaging methods. On the basis of comparative imaging, determinate the optimal imaging scheme of certain kinds of tissues and organs and (or) a disease, expected according to the best cost-effective to achieve rapid,accurate diagnosis of disease and assess the prognosis. Comparative imaging is helpful for improving imaging diagnosis teaching effect and carrying out the clinical and research work.
