Application of Modified Short Fiber FB-200 in the Tread Compound of Giant OTR Radial Tire

研究改性短纤维FB-200在巨型全钢工程机械子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,在巨型全钢工程机械子午线轮胎胎面胶中添加适量(4份)的改性短纤维FB-200,可以提高胶料的定伸应力、抗切割性能和耐磨性能,降低胶料生热。

The application of modified short fiber FB-200 in the tread compound of giant OTR radial tire was investigated. The experimental testing results showed that with 4 phr of FB-200, the tensile modulus and cut resistance of the compound were improved, and the heat build-up was reduced.
