妇科急腹症超声诊断与病理结果的对照研究

目的探讨超声检查(包括经腹部超声及经阴道高频超声)对妇科急腹症的诊断价值。方法回顾分析527例妇科急腹症患者超声检查的情况,结合临床病理诊断结果进行分析。结果超声诊断异位妊娠共282例,其中输卵管妊娠279例,宫角妊娠2例,卵巢妊娠1例,有1例被误诊,超声诊断正确率99.64%。卵巢囊性肿瘤蒂扭转患者36例,超声诊断符合率为86.11%。急性盆腔炎患者19例,符合率100.00%。卵巢囊肿/囊腺瘤破裂患者28例,超声诊断符合率为89.28%。流产患者共135例,超声确诊121例,误诊或未明确诊断14例,其中有3例被误诊为异位妊娠,超声诊断符合率为89.62%。其他妇科急腹症27例。妇科急腹症超声诊断与病理诊断的结果总符合率为95.26%。结论超声诊断妇科急腹症具有较高的诊断价值,其操作方便、准确率高,且诊断迅速,是临床尽早治疗的客观依据。

Objective To study the ultrasound examination （including high frequency by abdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasound） value to the diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen. Methods Retrospective analysis from June 2008 to June 2008 li city, guangzhou city, street community health service center of 527 patients with gynecological acute abdomen ultrasound examination of the situation, combined with clinical pathological diagnosis were analyzed. Results Pedicle torsion of ovarian cystic tumor ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 86.11%, acute pelvic inflammation coincidence rate 100%, ovarian cyst/sac adenoma ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 89.28%, abortion ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 89.62%, ultrasonic diagnosis and pathological diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen Results total coincidence rate was 95.26%. Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen has high diagnostic value, its convenient operation, high accuracy, and diagnosed rapidly, is the Objective basis for clinical treatment as soon as possible.
