考虑风电预测误差成本的微网经济调度 被引量:12

摘要 提出考虑风电预测误差的微网经济调度模型,主要考虑的成本有燃料成本、运行维护成本、环保成本、以及备用容量成本,其中备用容量成本包括两个部分,一部分是旋转备用原有的成本,一部分是风电预测误差产生的备用成本;结合具体的微网算例,采用改进的粒子群算法对模型进行求解,得到机组出力的调度结果和考虑预测误差、不考虑预测误差调度费用曲线;并与实际的成本费用曲线作对比,结果表明考虑风电预测误差的更接近于实际情况;从而得到考虑风电预测误差是很有必要的,同时验证了模型和算法的有效性。 The microgrid economic dispatch model considering the forcast error of wind power is established in this paper. The model includes fuel costs, the cost of emissions and the spare capacity costs. The reserve cost contains two parts.One part is original cost. A part is extra spare capacity cost considering forcast error. The model can be solved using improved partial swarm algrorithm(PSO). Through the simulation, economic diapatch cost considering forcast error is more closer to actual economic dispatch Which prove the validity of the model and algrorithm.
