摘要
该文介绍了基于PLC和GE369组成的电控系统在同步机的监控和保护中的设计和应用,并对新系统的结构、性能进行说明,充分证明了新设备新技术在同步机电控系统中的重要性和必要性。同时,该文还对传统的继电器-接触器控制的球磨机的电控系统和改造后的新系统进行比较,论证了新系统的稳定性和优越性,能很好地满足铜矿安全生产的需要。
This paper presents the design and the application of the electrical control system based on GE369 and PLC. It explains the framework and function of the new system which proved that the new equipment and the new technology is important and necessary in the synchronous motor＇s electrical control system. At the same time, this paper campares the new system and the traditional electrical system which is based on relays and contacts. The comparing proved the stability and superiority of the new system. It can satisfied the security of the coper mine＇s production.
