摘要
我厂使用的高中压给水泵是采用高中压合泵、卧式、定速运行,设置中压抽头,在两班制调峰运行情况下,高中压给水系统压力完全靠调节阀进行减压来满足安全运行要求,不仅带来巨大节流损失,对机组也带来安全隐患,为扭转此不利形势,通过大量调研、分析,我们决定采用高中压分泵,并变频调节的方式来实现节能改造。给水系统改造后在实际运行过程中出现了一些问题,在解决问题的过程中我们积累了许多宝贵的经验,可给类似项目提供参考。
The feed water pump which we used before was designedthat, high andmedium pressure pump one-piece, horizontal layout, constant speed operation and setting the middle tap. The pressure regulation of water supply system was entirely depended on the Regulating valve decompression when the power unit was peak load operating. This kind of control mode caused big throttle lose and potential safety hazard. After doing a lot of investigation and researchthe technical renovation on the feed water system is done. The specific plan is that adding a separatemedium pressure feed water pump and the operation mode changed to frequency conversion operation. There are some problems in practical operation after the renovation. A lot of valuable experience is accumulated in the process of problem solving which can be provided for similar projects.
