经侧方腰椎椎间融合术的并发症及其防治策略 被引量:1

摘要 腰椎融合术在临床上已经被证明是治疗腰椎退行性疾病的一种良好的办法。目前比较常规的融合方式根据手术入路的不同,主要分为前路(ALIF)、后路(PLIF)及经椎间孔入路(TLIF)等。经侧方腰椎椎间融合术(LLIF)是近年来出现的一种新的微创经侧方入路的腰椎融合技术。
