摘要
挖掘机液压系统实时状态监控系统是高品质液压挖掘机的核心技术。采用LabVIEW软件,利用数据流思想,结合模块化设计思路,开发了挖掘机液压系统的实时状态监测系统。该系统具有多路数据采集、实时显示、数据存储、报警记录、历史数据回放和报表打印等功能。
The online status monitoring system for the hydraulic system in the excavator is the core technology of high-quality hydraulic excavators. In the paper, Lab VIEW, data flow and modular design idea were applied to develop an online status monitoring system for the hydraulic system in the excavator. The system possessed the functions such as multi-channel data acquisition, online display, data storage, alarm recording, playback of historical data and report print etc.
