带式输送机输送带翻转行为的工程计算与非线性模拟仿真 被引量:3

摘要 带式输送机实施输送带翻转运行可有效减少磨损并改善运行特性。根据输送带在翻转过程中边缘应变不超过许可应变的原则,采用螺旋曲线变形方式推导了输送带翻转段最小距离计算公式,结合带宽设计标准和输送带应变参数,利用MATLAB绘制了最小翻转距离、带宽和应变三者的非连续函数三维曲面图,针对输送带翻转行为大变形几何非线性特征进行了非线性有限元仿真分析,获得了位移和应力变化特征,其结果可为多因素考虑输送带翻转工程计算提供补充和参考。 Turnover of the belt of the belt conveyor effectively reduces the wear and improves the operation features. According to the principle that the strain of the belt edge must not excess allowable strain, the paper applied deformation mode of spiral curve to derive the calculation formula of the minimum distance of turnover segment of the belt. And then, in combination with design standard of the belt width and strain parameters of the belt, the paper applied MATLAB to plot 3D curved-surface of non-continuous function of minimum turnover distance, belt width and strain. In addition, in view of large deformation and geometric nonlinearity of belt turnover, nonlinear finite element simulation and analysis were conducted, and variation features of displacement and stress were obtained. The results could offer supplement and reference for engineering calculation of belt turnover based on consideration of multiple factors.
