摘要
为了解塔磨机中介质球的运动情况,运用离散元法模拟了试验磨机中介质球的运动情况,得到了介质球的典型运动轨迹、速度与动能分布,以及磨机系统的能量耗散。研究结果表明,介质球在磨机内做螺旋上升与下降运动;搅拌器末端的环形料层间研磨效果最佳;介质球的轴向运动影响能量利用率与研磨强度;该塔磨机能量利用率达到26.3%,是传统球磨机的数倍。分析结果对塔磨机的设计及运行参数优化,以及为其大型工程化应用提供了理论依据。
To know the media movement in the tower mill, discrete element method(DEM) was applied to simulate the movement of grinding balls in a pilot-scaled tower mill. Typical movement trajectory, distribution of velocity and kinetic energy of the grinding balls, as well as energy dissipation of the system were obtained.Analysis results showed: the balls rose and fell down spirally in the mill; the grinding effects among annular material layers in the end of stirrer was the best; axial movement of the balls affected energy utilization ratio and grinding intensity; the energy utilization ratio of the tower mill reached 26.3%, which was several times of that of traditional mills.
