摘要
针对磨矿分级给矿过程机理复杂且非线性严重的情况,将模糊控制和滑模控制有机地结合起来,实现对磨机给矿的自动控制,使磨机给矿量能够迅速准确地跟踪设定值,处于最佳工作状态。结果表明,模糊滑模控制器的应用,极大地提高了磨机给矿运行的稳定性和可靠性,提高了磨机产量,达到了节能降耗的目的,同时减少了工人的工作量。
In view of complicated mechanism of grinding classification feeding process and serious nonlinearity, fuzzy control was combined with sliding-mode control to realize automatic control of the mill feeding. Thus the mill feedings was able to rapidly and accurately follow the set value so as to make the mill lie in the best operation mode. Results showed the application of the fuzzy sliding-mode controller greatly improved the stability and reliability of mill feeding, the throughput of the mill enhanced, energy consumption and duty of workers reduced.
