摘要
针对传统的PID控制无法满足产品精度控制要求的问题,提出用模糊PID解耦控制方法。分析了重介质选煤过程中液位与密度的时变、非线性、大滞后和耦合等特点,建立了合介桶、合介泵与阀门的数学模型,在解耦控制的基础上,引入模糊PID控制器。仿真结果表明,该模糊PID解耦控制系统控制效果良好,为重介选煤过程控制系统提供了一种可以借鉴的方法。
Since traditional PID control failed to satisfy the requirements of product precision, a fuzzy-PID decoupling control system was proposed. Time variation, nonlinearity, delay and coupling characteristics of coal density and level during dense-medium coal separation was analyzed, and the mathematical model of the qualifiedmedium tank, qualified-medium pump and valve were built. After that, the fuzzy-PID controller was introduced based on decoupling control. Simulation results showed the fuzzy-PID decoupling control system was characterized by excellent control effects. The fuzzy-PID decoupling control system offered an approach for control of densemedium coal separation.
